Items to Check & Initial Completion:
ROOM-TERMINAL UNIT CONTROLS
1. ___ Check all room thermostats. Calibrate as required
2. ___ Check all control valves. Repack those on repack
schedule. Repack those leaking and record all repack
dates
3. ___ Check operation of unit coil steam traps, if
applicable
4. ___ Check operation of all dampers and lube with silicone
lubricant
5. ___ Check all P.E. switches, solenoid air valves and
limit controls
6. ___ Check operation of all auxiliary devices
