Special Instructions:

1.  Turn off branch circuit at panel, or individual light switch in room as
    appropriate.


Items to Check & Initial Completion:

1.___ Remove louver or diffuser as necessary.
2.___ Remove all fluorescent lamps and install new lamps.
3.___ Test light fixture.  Replace starters where necessary.
      Note and report any needed electrical repairs.
4.___ Reassemble louver or diffuser, as required.
5.___ Clean work area and remove all trash.

1.  Standard Tool Kit
    Plus  Insulated pliers and screwdrivers
          Wire strippers
          Wire crimpers
          Voltmeter - Ohmmeter - Milliammeter
          Clamp on meter(volt - ohm - amp meter)
          Soldering kit
          1/8" 25' fish tape
          Burnishing tool
