Items to Check and Initial Completion:
1.___ Check terminals and permanently install test lead jumpers accessible on
underground systems, for rust, corrosion, broken or frayed wiring, loose
connections and other deficiencies. Clean, tighten, repair or replace as
required.
2.___ Check anode suspensions (Elevated water tanks and systems for waterfront
structures) for rust, corrosion, bent or broken suspension members or
braces, frayed or broken suspension lines or cables, loose bolts, looses
cable connections, frayed or broken wiring. Clean, repair, tighten or
replace as required.
3.___ Check bushing(support anode)for rust and corrosion, broken or frayed wires
and loose connections. Tighten, repair, replace as required.
4.___ Voltmeter Reading : ______________________
5.___ Ampmeter Reading : ______________________
6.___ Inspect all wiring and electrical controls for loose connections; charred,
broken or wet insulation. check also for any evidence of short circuiting.
Clean, repair, replace as required.
