Annual Support Plan
The MainBoss Annual Support plan can provide ongoing help and advice, plus automatic software
updates as they become available. We offer a variety of options:
- The Basic Value Package
One basic price gives you free updates for a year, including any major or minor releases
of the software packages you've licensed. This also includes access to support sections
of our web site, and a variety of supplemental types of assistance.
- Support Calls and Emails
- We offer a variety of pricing options for support by phone, fax, and email.
For example, you can pay as you go, paying for each call separately, as you need it.
Alternatively, you can pay for a number of calls in advance, thereby getting significant
discount savings. (Note that we actually charge according to incidents. A single
incident may cover several calls, emails, etc.—whatever is required to resolve
the problem you're having.)
- The Deluxe Value Package
- This includes everything in the Basic Value Package, plus unlimited support calls.
A single yearly fee pays for updates and support calls.
