Manpower Schedule Report
If you are trying to find out what your maintenance labor requirements are for tomorrow, next week, next month or even next year, then the manpower schedule report is the right one for you. Found under Work Orders -> Reports -> Manpower Schedule, this report looks at all preventive and corrective work orders for which a labor estimate has been created. Even though your preventive maintenance work orders may not have been generated yet, the report can still give you exact details on how much work has been scheduled for each of your employees. You have the option to see the labor hours totaled daily, weekly or monthly. By running this report on a regular basis, you can benefit from the following:
· In advance, you have a good idea on who is scheduled to do what work when
· After viewing the report, you can adjust work orders to balance the work loads of your employees. This means that if one of the employees has more work scheduled for him or her, you can adjust the labor estimates for each work order and assign a different person to do some of the jobs
· You can reschedule the work if you know someone will be away sick or on vacation
Here is how you run the report:
1. Click on MainBoss -> Reports -> Manpower Schedule
2. Choose a date range. For example if the current month is May, you might like to run this report for the month of June, to find out your labor requirements
3. If desired, you can create this report for just a specific trade or person. If you leave the drop down menus blank, then all personnel and trade will be selected
4. Choose whether you would like the report to total the labor hours by day, week or month
5. Choose whether you would like to have inside, outside or both types of labor displayed
6. Choose a summary or detailed format
7. Click Preview or Print to create the report
