1. MainBoss 2.9: Overdue Work Orders Report
The Overdue Work Order Report in MainBoss 2.9 gives you a summary of all the work orders that are overdue as of the moment you run the report. To access the report go to the Work Orders menu, then click on Reports -> Overdue and click on Preview to bring the report up on your computer screen. For each section (corrective and preventive) the work orders are first grouped by building and then by unit (which can be equipment or a space). For each work order listing:

2. Did you know: Suppressing costs when printing Work Orders and Purchase Orders
While it is important to track the cost of maintenance work and inventory purchases, in some cases these dollar figures may need to be held in confidentiality. Sensitive issues can arise when labor is assigned to work orders and the actual wages of maintenance personnel are used as the labor rate. By displaying these labor costs on work orders, the maintenance personnel can easily determine who is earning what—information that should remain private. In order to produce work orders that can be distributed among staff members but still allow for accurate cost tracking within MainBoss, users can print their work orders and purchase orders without the costs actually showing. To print without cost information, follow these steps:
If you always print your work orders and/or purchase orders without the costs showing, you can save the Suppress Costs settings by logging as the administrator and after following steps 1 and 2 above, right-click on the title bar at the top of the Print window and choose ‘Save Settings’.
