1. Introducing MainBoss Advanced 3.1

We’re proud to announce the next release of MainBoss Advanced, the next generation of MainBoss software.

This release completes implementation of the purchasing/receiving facilities and introduces a number of other important features:

• A “privileges” system making it possible to restrict administrator privileges to selected users
• The “Select for Printing” feature that’s been a mainstay of MainBoss Basic
• An Accounting module that allows for stricter control of expenses
• Ease-of-use features for unit record attachments

Concurrent with released MainBoss Advanced 3.1, we are also releasing MainBoss Basic 2.9.7. This contains improved facilities for upgrading to MainBoss Advanced, and also support for running on 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows.
