2. Did you know: The Maintenance Status Report

MainBoss CMMS is filled with useful reports that will help you make better decisions for the future. A good example is the Maintenance Status Report. This report can be found under Units->Reports->Maintenance Status. It shows you a quick overview on preventive maintenance for one or more units. For each selected unit, the report shows the most recent preventive maintenance work order and the next expected preventive maintenance work order. In other words, it shows you the last PM and the next PM.

For example, with this report you can quickly look up your hot water boiler and see that the last PM was done through Work Order Number 00125 on August 15^th, 2002. You can also see that this work order is still open. The next time this PM is scheduled to run is on September 15^th, 2002. As a result of running this report on the regular basis, you will gain these benefits:

You know exactly which preventive maintenance tasks exist for each equipment and space
You know the last time a preventive work order was created and what the work order number is
You can see whether the preventive work order is still open and for how long it has been open
You know the next time a preventive maintenance work order is scheduled to be generated for a particular equipment or space, which will help you plan your maintenance activities accordingly

5. Upcoming Tradeshows: Canada and USA

· Atlantic Industrial Exhibition will be held on September 18^th and 19^th, 2002 at the Exhibition Park in Halifax, Nova Scotia. MainBoss will be demonstrated in booth 604.
