Service Desk Mode

Usually, the mboss command operates as if you invoked the standard MainBoss CMMS program. However, you can also use it to start MainBoss Service Desk:

mboss /ServiceDesk+

starts a Service Desk session. Note that you can specify other options (e.g. LANGID) with this form of the command.
